PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel

Tv not working. I’ve been told that all TVs were not working due to construction just next to the hotel. No commercial gesture was offered and I didn’t get informed before check-in. If was informed I wouldn’t have probably cancelled my reservation and book somewhere else.
