Novotel Brussels off Grand'Place

Was not as luxurious as a 4 star hotel, but location is what it made 4 stars. Decent rooms, refrigerator was not good. Bedlinnen was not changed, rather just tidied. Proven by the stains we accidently left at the feet of the bed, the stains were still there the night after.
